Specialty Engineering Inc. does not directly purchase any Conflict Minerals from any source and does not knowingly procure any Conflict Minerals from the Conflict Region. To the extent that products manufactured by Specialty Engineering may contain Conflict Minerals that are necessary to the functionality or production of the product, Specialty Engineering is committed to working with our supply chain to increase transparency regarding origin and traceability of minerals contained in products.
Periodic Reviews
Specialty Engineering conducts a quarterly review of component manufacturers to determine their status regarding Conflict Minerals and update our files to show progress toward transparency. As the progress made by manufacturers varies and an accurate indication of progress is more involved than a simple yes or no answer, we will make manufacturers responses available on this sight for review.

Current Information
In the event that any currently used manufacturers do not respond or show appropriate progress toward compliance, we will change suppliers where direct replacements are available from manufacturers have addressed this issue.
